This adapter has male and female (lens side and camera side) Arri PL mounts.

It's purpose it to bring a lens 9mm further from the camera sensor to allow you to shoot from closer distances.

Great possibility to take close-ups of eyes, lips, small objects etc.

Machined from high quality aluminium alloy.

IMPORTANT: Since the adapter is short, there are some places that you should check to make sure that your lens will fit the adapter, and that the adapter will fit your camera:

• Maximum lens mount length is 7mm
• Maximum camera mount lock ring thickness is 4.5mm; or 6.5mm if measured from the mount flange to the ring front surface

We made this extender as short as possible, based on Arri 16SR camera, and it fits there with minimal tolerances. But it is possible that some other cameras may have thicker lock rings, and they will not fit then.
