The gear has 57mm inner diameter. This is new version of this gear - it has 6 cuts to clear lugs screws that hold the original focus ring in place.
Some OCT-18 lenses may have 56mm or 59mm diameter of the original focus ring. Please check your lens beforehand.
Installation is easy. Three set screws and allen key for them is included. Pictures show installation of the gear onto RO2-2M lens. The lens isn't included into the listing.
