NOTE: This adapter has no springs or locks, and holds a lens by tension force therefore. A side screw is purposed to prevent the lens detaching if it is too loose. On the orther hand, some lenses may be too tight due to different tolerances. You don't need to turn the lens whole way tiil the screw catches the lens mount slit. If you feel that the lens holds firmly enogh, don't apply more force to turn it further.
