This adapter allows using M39x1 (LTM) lenses on bellows with Mamiya 645 mount. No infinity focus provided if you mount it to a camera.

Also, if you mount it directly to a reflex camera, make sure that the flip mirror clears the lens rear part when the lens is set to its minimum focus distance.
