I don't know what lens(es) it was purposed originally, but it has same mount as my other filters marked as F=135mm purposed for Jupiter-11 135mm lens for turret Konvas cameras (OCT-18 mount).

Blue filter allows to raise a color temperature, highlight a haze and helps to picture image depth more realistically.
