This adapter allows using Industar-51 lenses on cameras with universal M42x1 thread mount.

Take note that Industar-51 lens has 210mm focal length, so you'll need to stack up few sets of M42 extension rings to match this distance and allow infinity focusing (and closer).

This adapter fits also Klimsch Rodenstock Apo-ronar 9/240mm lens.
