There is also a female M48x0.75 thread that reduces reflections and allows using 2" astronomy filters if necessary.

This adapter is purposed to use standard M54x0.75 astrophotograpy eqipment and extension tubes with the M60x0.75 threads on various Vixen Telescope focussers (existing solutions involve multiple adapters and either reduce the aperture substantially or take significant distance in the imaging train - which can be particularly problematic with the Vixen reducer that limits backfocus).
