This adapter can be used to install LOMO/KMZ lenses with OCT-18 mount into Chinese focusing helicoids with M58x0.75 mount thread.
This may be more convenient than using simplified OCT-18 adapters since you'll rotate helicoid ring to focus without risk of accidental lens aperture change. Also, lens block doesn't turn around optical axis, so you can use polarization filters if necessary.
The lens is secured with screws.
